Had a great experience at this clinic. I brought in my 6 yo for an eye exam, and it went really well. The ambience was really comfortable and calm, the assistant was great at explaining the machinery and giving good instructions. Dr. Friessen was next level awesome – she was so kind, thorough, knowledgeable and working with my kiddo with expertise. It is very evident that she cares about her patients, their experience, and her clinic. I would 10/10 recommend this to any families.

As soon as I walked in the door and was greeted by Riley I knew I had made the right decision to book my eye exam at Visionology. Riley did the pre-test and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Nancy advised what each test was for and explained the results. She took the time needed to answer my questions in detail, using a photo of the eye so I to show what was happening with my eye. I appreciate the time she took to ensure I understood the diagnosis and the way forward. Dr. Nancy is passionate about what she does and I highly recommend Visionology!
